Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Ecosystem Manager to lead our relationships with Tech Partners, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the USA. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our partners are fully equipped to deliver Trout Software solutions effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tech Partners, MSSPs, and MSPs.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their success with Trout Software solutions.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute partner strategies that align with Trout Software’s business objectives.
Identify and recruit new partners to expand our ecosystem and drive market penetration.
Enablement and Training:
Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and support Trout Software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop partner enablement programs and materials.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth through joint business planning and co-selling initiatives with partners.
Track and report on partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partner strategies and tactics.
Gather and share partner feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities.

You are eager to learn and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the tech industry. Experience working with MSSPs, MSPs, and Tech Partners is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication and people skills; strong organizational skills; willingness to learn about Trout’s product suite and the manufacturing IT space.

Role based out of our Kingston, New York office. Ability to work remotely 2 days a week.
Compensation $90,000–$135,000 OTE depending on experience
25 days holiday
