As the lines between military and civilian supply chains became increasingly blurred, NATO recognized a significant risk: a cyberattack on a civilian company could ripple through the entire defense network, undermining NATO's operational resilience. The challenge was clear - how to secure these essential networks quickly and effectively in a crisis.

That's where Trout came in. We built a compact, briefcase-sized device that can be deployed on-site and secure it within an hour. We packed it with advanced capabilities - from edge computing innovation to machine learning and Demilitarized LAN (DLAN) - while keeping it simple and efficient.

Trout's solutions are currently utilized in civilian sectors such as transportation, aerospace, and manufacturing, while half of our operations are dedicated to the defense sector.
